How can I check out?

This is the most important action to master! Just go to the "Home" tab and "then select Checkout" at the bottom right--nearest to your right thumb. Follow the prompts! Email or call us with any questions.

What are the points for?

We are testing some cool technology. The more points you collect for your business, the more favors you will curry with us. Stay tuned

How can I get the points from customers?

Just ask for them. Perhaps you may want to offer a freebie such as tortilla chip or extra sauces... get creative!

I made a mistake - how can I process a refund?

Life happens, right? Just head to the "Home" tab and select "Refund" is at the bottom left - then follow the promts. Your customers will need to scan the QR code to get the refund by selecting refund on their phone

How can I view previous transactions?

Just head to the "Settings" and tap on "Purchases / History".

How can I view transactions in a period (daily, weekly...)?

Can I pay online with Honey?

Great question! While we've been busy supporting local busineses with in-store solutions, we are working on this. Please send more of your thoughts on this to marketing@movehoney.com and we will get it in pipeline.

I am at the store, how can I pay?

Just head to “the Home” tab and you will find “Pay” at the bottom right/ Select it and it will open a camera. Scan that funny loking picture (QR code) that the merchant displayed to you, then follow the prompts. That’s how easy it is!
