How many messages can I send to my customers in a month?

Out of the gate, we will not limit this; BUT keep in mind that messages should be meaningful. Too many messages will sully your brand and muddle your message. We recommend communicating promotiojns no more than once per week and vary the message to keep it interesting!

How can I track if my messages are working?

We are not trackimg opens / reads YET. However, make sure in order for your customer to take advantage of your promotion they use Honey. That will let us give you some futire stats that will help with this. It will be super powerful to know how many customers have read and acted on your message - and we will get there! Can I pay online with Honey?

Interesting question! We've been busy supporting the local busineses with in-store solutions for now but we'd love to expand it to online payment as well if it makes you happy. Please send more of this thought to marketing@movehoney.com and we will put it under the pipeline.

How can I pay at stores?

Just head to “Home” and you will find “Pay” at the bottom right - nearest to your right thumb. That’s how convenient it is.

How can I view previous transactions?

Just head to "Settings" and tap on "Purchases / History".
