How many messages can I send to my customers in a month?
Out of the gate, we will not limit this; BUT keep in mind that messages should be meaningful. Too many messages will sully your brand and muddle your message. We recommend communicating promotiojns no more than once per week and vary the message to keep it interesting!
How can I track if my messages are working?
We are not trackimg opens / reads YET. However, make sure in order for your customer to take advantage of your promotion they use Honey. That will let us give you some futire stats that will help with this. It will be super powerful to know how many customers have read and acted on your message - and we will get there!
