When will I receive payment in my bank account?
At the moment it will take 2-4 days to process money from your Honey account to your business bank account, but we are working on a solution that will make this instant. We are close, so stay tuned!
Can I pay online with Honey?
Interesting question! We've been busy supporting the local busineses with in-store solutions for now but we'd love to expand it to online payment as well if it makes you happy. Please send more of this thought to marketing@movehoney.com and we will put it under the pipeline.
How can I pay at stores?
Just head to “Home” and you will find “Pay” at the bottom right - nearest to your right thumb. That’s how convenient it is.
How can I view previous transactions?
Just head to "Settings" and tap on "Purchases / History".
